Dr. Jeff Shirck grew up in Worthington, OH. He attended The Ohio State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He continued his education at Ohio State in dental school. While in dental school, Dr. Shirck received many awards, including the prestigious William S. Kramer Award and induction in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Society. He graduated first in his class and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree Summa Cum Laude. An enormous Ohio State Buckeye fan, Dr. Shirck remained at Ohio State for his orthodontic specialty training. He has conducted extensive research on Temporary Anchorage Devices and is committed to staying at the forefront of technology.
